Dr.
Dawna Markova An internationally known expert in
the fields of learning, perception, and asset-focus,
Dawna Markova, Ph.D. is a former Senior Affiliate of
the Organizational Learning Center at MIT and a consultant
member of the Society for Organizational Learning. She
has established learning communities across the United
States, leads workshops on maximizing individual and
team talent and serves as a thinking partner to CEOs
and senior executives around the world. She is the author
of many books, including A Spot
of Grace, I Will Not
Die an Unlived Life, The Smart Parenting Revolution,
The Open Mind book and audio series, No
Enemies Within, How Your Child IS Smart, and Learning
Unlimited. |

Andy
Bryner creates moments of learning
that enable people of all ages to think about old problems
in new ways. Drawing on his experiences with: Outward
Bound, National Outdoor Leadership School, the Amos Tuck
School of Business at Dartmouth College, Ki-Aikido practice,
health care practice, and the creative arts, he provides
unique learning opportunities that redefine power and
create synergy by respectfully bridging polarities. A
former Senior Affiliate of MIT's Organizational Learning
Center, he is a consultant member at the Society for
Organizational Learning. He co-authored, An
Unused Intelligence: Physical Thinking for 21st Century
Leadership. Andy is
also a composer, and uses music to evoke multi-dimensional
thinking. At PTP, he serves as Managing Partner. |

M.J.
Ryan, The founder and former CEO of Conari Press
in San Francisco, M.J. Ryan specializes in strength-based
leadership development. One of the leads on a pilot women’s
leadership development project for Microsoft, she is
also a facilitator, with Dawna Markova and Andy Bryner,
of TimeOut, a retreat for executives in transition. Her
work incorporates techniques from cutting edge brain
science to create true transformation. The author of
many best-selling books, her latest is This
Year I Will…How to Finally Change a Habit, Keep a Resolution

David
Peck draws on his background in extreme sports competition
to help create new tools for organizational learning
and personal excellence. A former Junior Olympic and
World Cup ski jumper, he also has spent years coaching
skiing and windsurfing in Colorado, Oregon, Austria and
Switzerland. Frequent editor to outdoor sports magazines,
he continues to search for new ways to incorporate the
lessons of peak physical performance into the workplace.
David has recently begun following his lifelong obsession
with film and video, and has produced and directed a
training film based on Dawna Markova's model of learning
patterns entitled Bridging Our Differences. He also designed
a software application called The Mind Museum to assess
the user's learning style. Former CFO at PTP, David now
serves as IT consultant and is Managing Partner at SmartWired,
a web-based educational children's program serving in
36 countries and 7 languages in partnership with Schlumberger's
SEED foundation. |

Angie
McArthur has worked internationally with facilitators
and organizations using visual thinking to graphically
capture the themes and exchange of ideas being conveyed
during presentations and conferences. She has developed
courses for companies on visual facilitation to help
build internal capacities, and is now teaching people
how to think visually. She is also one of the creators
of the Worldwide Women’s Web, a network formed to develop
and retain women in corporate leadership roles. Angie
received her B.A. in Communication Theory from McGill
University. Her clients include Shell, Xerox, Chrysler,
Detroit Edison, Green Mountain Energy Resources, the
Institute for Storytelling, and the Society for Organizational
Learning. |
