The members of the musical group calling themselves Present Company met in creativity workshops led by Dawna Markova, PhD and Andy Bryner. They discovered that they could use music and art to find a path through the difficult times in their lives. Each member composed one or more vocal songs that was the story of their healing journey and then drew upon the musical talents of the others in each of the twelve songs.

On this, his second album, Andy Bryner's piano is joined on some cuts by bass, violin, accordion and harmonica. Each of the 12 instrumental pieces on the album was inspired by a natural setting of beauty in the US. The title vocal cut is an adaptation of a traditional tune, "Softly and Tenderly," sung by the crystal clear voice of Amy Fradon.

Home can be a place of refuge and safety, where worldly cares fade and the people and things that one loves become the focus. In these fast changing and sometimes frantic times, people find the feeling of home in unexpected moments and places. Such moments inspire these thirteen compostions. As you listen, may you remember the places and times when you have been at home in our heart.

Amy Fradon's crystal voice offers the musical invitation to "Come Home," an adaptation of the 1880 traditional tune "Softly and tenderly." The remaining original cuts feature Andy on piano and harmonica, accompanied by violin, bass and accordion.

"Music for feelings that don't have words." This piano solo tape is Andy Bryner's first collection recorded. This particular tape has reportedly been comforting when played at times of transition such as births, operations, and deaths, and is also a favorite for children who like to have music playing as they fall asleep at night.

"Every so often there are moments that sweep upon us like waves, carrying us away from our busyness, and washing us up onto the island of our heart, where memories of these moments live on for ever." Such moments are the inspiration for Andy Bryner's newest compositions. This instrumental collection showcases Andy's solo piano and a rich multicultural mix of sounds, including sax, guitar, tin whistle, bass, accordion, and Hawaiian steel.

"As time goes by, we sometimes forget about joy we once may have known." The 11 original compositions, often identified with the style of George Winston, were composed in the process of reclaiming that happiness after unexpected loss and challenge. A mix of solo piano and piano lead accompanied by an interesting mix of violin, sax, guitar, accordion, and harmonica.
